AI agents: Salesforce launches "Agentic Marketing"

At its "Connections" customer event, Salesforce is presenting a new version of its platform. Its focus is on AI agents that are designed to automatically plan campaigns, personalize content, and convert website visitors into qualified leads.

With "Marketing Cloud Next," Salesforce is introducing a new architecture on its platform. The focus will be on autonomous AI
